This site was created with our customers in mind, many of you have been to our shop, and know and trust that we will offer you the best shopping experience possible. We also hope to serve new customers who have not had the pleasure of visiting our beautiful city. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your shopping or browsing experience.
If you are sending a gift and would like us to give it an extra special touch, just let us know. There is a section for special instructions on the check out page. 
If you prefer not to use the website for your order you may place your order by telephone {843} 259.5243.

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card, and Paypal.

Once your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us. This may happen if your provided email is blocked or entered incorrectly.
In the unlikely event an order contains any item that is unavailable for any reason we will contact you and refund any charges associated with that item. Your order will be begin processing within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

We ship your insured order through USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX within the Continental US only. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping through our website. Please call the Charleston shop {843} 259-5243 with any special requests.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of purchase at your expense for exchange or refund in the original form of payment. Please fill out the form included with your package. Can't find it? No worries, drop us a note and we will email you another. All returns must be in unused, unworn condition with tags and original packaging. 

We recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. If you have any questions please drop us a note or give us a call.

If any item is received damaged by the shipper, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging and boxing materials. We may not be able to process a claim without them. If you feel your item is defective in any way please follow the above guidelines and call or email us immediately.

If you purchased a full price item that is price reduced within 10 days of your purchase date you may be eligible for a partial refund. To be eligible for a price adjustment the item purchased must match in style, size, and color to the item now on sale. Please contact us if you think you may be eligible for a price adjustment.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information needed to process your transaction.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify and we use Shopify hosted by Stripe and Paypal to process payments. Both trusted names in the world of commerce.
