Beautiful fabrics and expert shirt detailing from Le Sarte Pettegole. This gorgeous flowing style is crafted from 97% silk & 3% elastane and features a box pleat in the back. The back is slightly longer than the front. Long sleeves with 5 1/2" cuffs. Hand stitching & delicate smocking on cuffs & pocket. Covered placket with Mother of pearl buttons. Made in Italy. 

Size 42/6 is 26 1/2" long in the front and 29 1/2" long in the back.
